International internships

International internships with social organisations

  • This programme allows students to carry out internships in projects run by social organisations from different countries around the world that have signed an agreement with the Pere Tarrés Faculty of Social Education and Social Work – URL without a local university counterpart.
  • The aim of the programme is for students to gain knowledge of the social situation through local social action initiatives.

Who can take part? 4th-year bachelor’s degree students (mobility in the first semester)

Destinations: Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Morocco, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania.

*The Faculty provides information about scholarships and grants, but it is the student’s responsibility to apply for them in accordance with the call for applications.

International master’s degree internships

  • This programme allows master’s degree students to carry out internships in projects run by social organisations from different countries around the world that have signed an agreement with the Pere Tarrés Faculty of Social Education and Social Work – URL without a local university counterpart.
  • The programme aims to complement the master’s degree studies with international experience in social intervention.

Who can take part? Students on the master’s degree course in Models and Strategies for Social and Educational Action in Childhood and Adolescence; the master’s degree in Direction, Management and Intervention in Social Services, and the master’s degree in Development, Cooperation and Community Action.

Destinations: Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Morocco, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania.
