Social and employment inclusion projects

The Pere Tarrés Foundation offers training and support programmes for young people and adults in vulnerable situations who are seeking work.

EMPLOYMENT INCLUSION SERVICE

This service, open to all citizens, helps about 80 young people and adults looking for work. It does this in a flexible way, supporting them with whatever they need: advice on how to look for work, knowing their personal and employment-related strengths and weaknesses, and knowing how to stand out in a selection process.

ONE-OFF PROGRAMME

About 30 young people with previous training follow a path to improve basic and transferable skills, complemented with visits to businesses. The aim of this programme, promoted by the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) is intended to promote the employability of unemployed young people not included in the education or training systems.

FINANCIAL DONATION

With €100:

1 young person can do an employment training workshop for 3 months.

With €500:

5 young people can do an employment training workshop for 3 months.

MAKE A DONATION

VISITS TO BUSINESS

As a complementary activity, visits to businesses are organised so that the project beneficiaries can take a close look at the different employment options.
