The Group of Friends of the Pere Tarrés Foundation was set up in 2011. It is an organisation with its own legal identity formed by a group of business people sensitive towards childhood and the education and social action of the Pere Tarrés Foundation.
This organisation works all year round generating synergies to create a cooperation network of people and businesses contributing to making possible the projects and activities aimed at children and young people in vulnerable situations cared for by the Pere Tarrés Foundation.
The Group of Friends of the Pere Tarrés Foundation currently consists of: Joaquin Abril, Antonio Almenara, Jaume Arqués, Maria Teresa Aurell, Núria Basi, Jacint Boixasa, Angela Crespo, Enric Crous, Maria Teresa Cura, Antoni Donadeu, Pedro Ezcurra, Ramon Albert García, Francesc Lacasa, Sofia Lluch, Montserrat Martí, Antoni Martínez del Hoyo, Antoni Millet, Antoni Nasarre, Oriol Pinya, Ernesto Poveda, Jesús Puyuelo, Jordi Reyna, Salvador Rovira, Marta Sabater, Joan Sagrera and Gisela Valderrama.
CHARITY DINNER
One of the most outstanding actions of the Friends of the Pere Tarrés Foundation Group is the “Ajuda’ls a crêsir” charity dinner, which is organized annually to collect donations for the benefit of a social project of the Pere Tarrés Foundation. The 2024 dinner was attended by more than 450 people and supported by more than 59 companies, and 72,300 euros were raised.
