The location of the Barcelona Pere Tarrés Youth Hostel is one of our strong points. 

We are in a very safe district that’s vibrant and full of activity, near the university area of the city, which makes the neighbourhood a youthful, dynamic environment. 

You can walk here from the city's main railway station, Sants, and we are also very close to the Barcelona Football Club museum. 

Just behind our hostel, you will find a lively pedestrianised area full of bars, terraces and restaurants. Here, the streets and squares are full of the essence of Barcelona, with colours and smells reflecting the city’s youth and vitality. 

For shopping enthusiasts, we are a very short walk from the Avinguda Diagonal shopping area, where you will find the main fashion and beauty brands. 

And if your dream is to discover the true heart of Barcelona, you're in luck. We’re just 10 minutes from L3 of the metro (the green line),  which goes directly to the city’s most iconic locations, such as Plaça Catalunya, Les Rambles and Plaça Real. So you can enjoy the excitement of the city centre whenever you want to.
